GapPlan was created to make GLOBALG.A.P easy for our producers. GapPlan was created 8 years ago and started off as a small business, assisting friends to comply to GLOBALG.A.P. It grew into a more demanding business which led to the development of an electronic audit procedure. This electronic procedure assists us to comply to the changing requirements with ease and affordability.
We assists more than 25 producers in complying to the changing requirements with ease as an electronic audit procedure is followed. GapPlan assists producers with compiling checklists which is farm specific and address the need of the producer. On the day of the audit, we assist with presentation of all the documents to the producer. The audit material is compiled in such a way that the producer will also be able to handle the audit procedure effectively should an unannounced audit be done on the farm. GapPlan is a consulting business which on the one hand, helps producers to get ready for their audits, and on the other hand, is a system designed by an auditor to make it easy for all auditors. Auditors form different auditing bodies have complimented us on the documentation presented to them and a smooth audit flow on the day of the audit!
